Return Process

  1. Must be returned new or without visible wear & tear. VPX Performance Sports will not provide refunds or credits for any product(s) returned that are damaged or have visible wear & tear.
  2. Contact us and provide your order ID#, personal contact information, and reason for returning.
  3. Ship your VPX training product in its original packaging back to:

    Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it for damage or usage. If your return is still new or slightly used (and without visible defects, wear, or tear), we will process a refund for you. If it is damaged or has visible wear and tear – you would not be eligible for a full refund.

VPX TRAINING HARNESS PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE:

If you do not unlock velocity or power within your baseball swing, pitching delivery, tennis swing, or golf stroke within 30 days or less – return your VPX Training Harness for a full refund.

Eligibility Steps for Performance Guarantee

  • Record your “BEFORE” analytics & save to video to ensure you have something to refer to after your 3-week training period. Ensure you have radar, swing speed, & exit velocities recorded in your videos.
  • Train for 3 weeks with your new VPX training product, using it 5-6 days per week for 20 minutes each day. Consistent usage is essential for any training system or aid.
  • After your 3-week training period, retake your analytics or compare your “before” & “after” performance gains.
  • If you do not experience performance gains in swing efficiency, exit velocity, swing velocity, barrel or club head whip, launch angle, or pitch or ball velocity – we will refund your purchase.
